Baked Creamy Caesar Chicken

  • 4 – ½ pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (Flattened)(2lbs total)
    ½  tsp Salt
    ½  tsp Pepper
    4 TBL Grated Parmesan Cheese
    ¼ cup Creamy Caesar Salad dressing

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Spray oven casserole dish (8×11) with non-stick cooking spray.

    Salt and pepper both sides of each chicken breast and place in prepared oven dish.  Sprinkle 2T of parmesan cheese on chicken, then spread dressing evenly over tops of chicken breasts and top with remaining 2T parmesan cheese.  Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes (or until the internal temp reached 155 degrees).  Place chicken under broiler for 2-4 minutes or until brown and bubbly on top (internal temperature of 165 degrees).
