First off I want to tell everyone that applied “THANK YOU” seriously. I am blown away at how many applications I got. It was incredibly hard to pick the people I wanted in this program because I desire to help everyone! My original intent was to pick 5 women to test it, but ended up choosing 8 because I wanted badly to help as many people as possible. I wish I could have chosen all of you. I know that it took a lot of courage and will power for many of you to submit these applications. I also know that it sparked a fire inside you, an excitement for change and that is awesome. I challenge you to continue with that, keep that flame burning hot and go after that desire. I can still help you on a professional level, or there are PLENTY of other options for fitness and nutrition. I hope that you continue to push forward and strive towards your goals! I also want to mention that later this year I will have at least 1-2 more opportunities for BETA test groups just like this one where the program is geared toward specific goals as well.
I purposely didn’t say much about this program for several reasons but here is some more information on it. What is being tested is a 12 week ‘Leg & Glute’ program. It will include weight training and different forms of cardio over a 12 week period to provide a full body workout with the main focus being on strengthening and shaping the Legs and Glutes that many women desire. This program when paired with proper nutrition has the ability to provide you with a reduction in body fat and building of lean muscle mass which you’ll see in 12 weeks will provide some amazing results through our users before and after photos.
With that said I’d like to congratulate the following people, you are officially in my BETA test program. There are some very different body types in this group. I have already sent these people an email with a link to a video I made for them with more information.
