  • Vanilla Sweet Potato Protein Waffles

    ½ cup cooked sweet potato
    1 egg
    ½ cup oats
    1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 – Ice Cream Sandwich protein (free shipping from link)
    1 tsp baking powder
    ½ tsp baking soda
    ½ tsp cinnamon
    ½ cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
    ½ tsp vanilla extract
    2 packets Stevia

    Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Heat up waffle iron to medium heat. Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray and add mix (1/4 cup to ½ cup portions). Remove waffle when browned and cooked through and can be removed from iron easily with fork. Serve hot. Suggested: Top with small amount of sugar free breakfast syrup.
