      1. Self doubt is usually the highest when we’re contemplating a huge change in our life

      2. We allow excuses like spouses, children, time, etc. stop us before we even start.
    4. Small goals = frequent wins, frequent wins = confidence and belief in time
      1. Many times go after performance goals rather than scale goals
      2. Set goals on things that you truly have full control over
      3. [STORY] – When I was working out at 24hr fitness in Glendale, I’d race there and try to beat the “calories burned” goal on the machine.
    5. Surround yourself with the right people
      1. Limit those who trigger you to behave a certain way
      2. Invite people into your life who will elevate you toward your goals
